The venue includes both indoor and outdoor areas.  There is limited capacity at each of the stage areas and there is no guarantee of access to each stage for every show.

The festival will take place rain or shine.  Please be diligent in checking the local weather and be prepared and dressed accordingly.

By REDEEMING a ticket you agree that your entry to the event will require you to provide identification, be 21+, and to submit to an industry standard security screening.  Security screening will be TSA style, including; an examination of any/all items in your possession, potential full pat-down, possibility of removing shoes, and passing through a metal detection device.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE.

• No refunds or exchanges Festival security will be managing the sitting of patrons in designated dance areas or high volumes areas of the event
• No camping or sleeping at the venue at any time
• No aggressive or violent dancing or behavior (includes mosh pit, crowd surfing, stage diving, or sitting on shoulders, etc.)
• No solicitation of any type (includes unauthorized sales of any items on the property)
• No giveaways, samples, unless previously approved by the event organizers

Afterparty and Area 15 have a zero tolerance policy for drug use and possession.  LVPD will be present inside and outside of the venue to enforce any/all local narcotics laws.  Please party responsibly as the event and venue are not liable for your choices.

AFTERPARTY is strictly a 21+ event
Valid photo ID is required to enter the event

• Acceptable forms of ID:
  • Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photo and date of birth
  • US or foreign government-issued passport containing photo and date of birth
  • Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license or ID (must be accompanied by current, non-expired, passport or expired license or ID)

The following items will not be allowed

• Aerosol products of any kind (cans or other)
• Aluminum container of any kind
• Balloon of any kind
• Balls of any kind
• Camelbak (unless empty upon arrival), including any other bags or devices meant for storing liquids
• Coolers of any kind
• Costume items which may otherwise be viewed as a weapon or imitation weapon (including guns, bats, swords, knives, etc) Make smart choices in your costume accessories. If it looks like a weapon, could be used as a weapon, or in any way inflict harm upon another person it will be confiscated.
• Cups of any kind (except water bottles made of plastic only with sealable lid, must be empty upon entry or will be emptied by security)
• Drone of any kind (includes toy, professional, etc)
• Drugs and Drug paraphernalia of any kind
• E-cigarette refillable cartridges or liquid
• Eye drops
• Gas masks
• Glass containers
• Illegal substance of any kind
• Large costume/fashion accessories (such as wings, helmets, cape, etc.) cannot extend away from your body more than 14” in any one direction
• Large jewelry such as chains, spiked jewelry, etc.

The health and safety of the event and the Las Vegas Communities will be our top priority.  At all times we have and will continue to work closely with local and state officials to create the safest event experience possible.  We will adhere to and follow all local, state and other mandated policies and procedures necessary to procure a safe event.  As protocols continue to evolve rapidly regarding public gatherings, our guidance for best practices to be followed at the festival are also evolving.  Once final protocols are established, we will post an/all requirements for our attendees to adhere to prior to event on our website.

COVID-19

1. As everyone agrees, the reopening of our economy and the ability for us all to enjoy events, such as ours, is a welcome improvement!  We are still closely monitoring the situation closely and we will continue to follow the recommended health and safety guidelines put forth by authorities.
2. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  By purchasing a ticket, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the city of Las Vegas, County of Clark, Area 15, the event organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.
3. You expressly agree to comply with all federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinance, regulations, and the rules of the event organizers when attending the event.
